Decentralized Finance (DeFi) mirrors the real world but operates on traditional principles. Decentralized Applications (DApps) help users thrive in this new space. CrowdSwap is an exceptional DApp, serving as a comprehensive tool in DeFi.
When I joined, the app had three main solutions. We've since expanded the toolset, with all components continuously evolving and improving.

1/3
I invested time in researching the business, understanding user targets, interviewing users and stakeholders, and reviewing competitors.
From this research, we defined our goal and designed a portfolio manager with features like swapping, staking, wallet management, transaction history, and a smart help center. We also developed unique features, such as mixing swaps and cross-chain transactions, enabling users to invest or swap using multiple tokens in their wallet.

2/3
At this stage, we had accumulated a lot of information but lacked a clear strategy to utilize it effectively. Developing a strategy was precisely why I was brought on board.
I created a comprehensive overview of the project and identified key starting points. In the Feature-Metrix, we organized all the necessary components for the app and prioritized them according to their importance. For each component, I developed plans, including information architecture (IA) and user flows.
3/3
It’s time to gather feedback from users and stakeholders about our work. I began with prototype testing and received valuable feedback through UXtweak and UserTesting. I shared the results with the team, and they were excited to continue developing new designs based on these insights. We prioritized our plans accordingly.
Below, you’ll find useful reports on user behavior and test results that helped us refine our work.
