Same as most of my projects I used the Lean UX method for product design, focusing on three key stages: Learn, Prototype, and Test. Our goal was to create an engaging football-centric social media platform that allows users to share videos, like, comment, and participate in interactive contests. The unique aspect of this platform is that users not only engage with content but can also register for exclusive contests. Winners of these contests get the incredible opportunity to attend the Qatar World Cup games with their families. By applying Lean UX principles, we ensured an iterative, user-focused design process that allowed us to continuously refine the platform based on real user feedback, ensuring an optimal experience."
